Ver Dimalanta, President & CEO

          Liberato Dimalanta, an electrical and electronic engineer earned his degree at the University of Western Sydney, Australia, majoring in Electrical Instrumentation & Embedded Systems.  Engr. Dimalanta has been practicing his profession in Automation and Power Systems for more than 20 years. A person of high competency, untarnished character and excellent business acumen, he has earned the respect and trust of Cynergie's incorporators to lead the corporation in the most competitive field of Power Systems and Automation.

His extensive study and career in Australia were marked with excellence as he was awarded and recognized by "The Institution of Engineers, Australia" as graduate officer in September 1999; by New South Wales Technical and Further Education Commission with Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering at Western Sydney Institute of TAFE in December 1999; and by New South Wales Technical and Further Education Commission with Advanced Diploma of Electrical Engineering with pass level, completed at the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE in July 1999.

In the Philippines, Engr. Dimalanta, has worked and done business with different multinational companies and has utilized his expertise on Automation and Control Designs and Programming, PLC and HMI/SCADA programming, and Electrical Design.

Specific accomplishments include:
For SUNPOWER  Phils. Manufacturing Ltd., Engr. Dimalanta conceptualized design for its Manufacturing Plant 2BMS & FMS systems; Designed for Remote monitoring and links to FMS of all Toxic Gas Detection System; its process skid control such as RODI systems, WWTP system, Process cooling water system, Centralized Compressor System, all electrical equipment such as UPS, LVSG, VCB, Gensets, etc; Fire Detection and Alarm System.
As the Project Engineer (Instrumentation & Controls), Engr. Dimalanta worked as System Owner for Building Automation and Facilities Monitoring System for Sunpower plant expansions.
Engr. Dimalanta has implemented Marine Automation for MT Nusa Sumatera on its ship building under Magsaysay Shipping Inc. (Full Electrical and Automation of new building of a 5 million liters of tanker ship); Implemented SCADA on Engine Safety System and Installed Pressure Monitoring for MT Mactan Island.  For MV General Romulo, he has implemented PLC Control for Engine Monitoring System and for MV General Evangelista, he has implemented Pneumatic Control for Balasting

These are just few examples of the excellent work he has done. His network in the field of Power Systems and Automation
Int'l Corp. has expanded and he has earned commendations for his completed projects and personal integrity.

Edwin T. Balelin, VP Engineering

          His professional interests focus with high competency and excellence, in the fields of Power System Modeling, New System Protection, Power System Simulation and Automation.
Engr. Balelin has earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Alejandro Colleges in Quezon City in 1995 and has completed his Master of Engineering Program at the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) Graduate School in Manila City, in 2002.

A devoted Christian who actively and dutifully  participates in all his church's activities and programs, Engr. Balelin, has been practicing his profession for years with a solid spiritually and morally guided business ethics.  He has completed projects and achieved commendations for his work in the field of engineering , both local and international projects.
He has worked with Easy Power Inc. and Busbarr Corporation as Power & Scada Engineer and Sr. Electrical Engineer/Designer, respectively.Engr. Balelin , in his productive career, has also worked as an Electrical Engineer Instructor  at Adamson University, FEU-East Asia College and Baliuag University on EE professional subjects.

Engr. Balelin, is currently very active working on projects on Power System and Designs,  attending different EE Professional trainings as guest speaker/ Lecturer, and  managing the Engineering Department of Cynergie Power Systems and Automation Int'l Corp.

                                                                                Helen SJ Jensen, VP Administration    

Helen Jensen, a graduate of University of Sto. Tomas, earned the degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Business Administration. She has specialized in business management and development for many years. In 1997, she focused in the sales and marketing business and has established herself as an independent marketing consultant catering to companies in the engineering / industrial equipment industry. 

As an independent marketing consultant, she has shown great skill in handling different companies with different products and specializations. She has successfully provided networks for companies and their sales teams and has packaged the good images of each company to potential medium and high-end clients. She has contributed greatly the business plans and diversified marketing strategies for businesses. Ms. Jensen's passion working with and for people has created for her a strong network of clients, buyers and sellers, providers, manufacturers and contractors.
She has actively participated in local and international organizations that promote environment conservation such as Greenwatch Philippines and Greenpeace Int'l. with her strong advocacy in helping clean and preserve the environment. In this line, she has promoted and launched the following:

  • Autogas conversion for tricycles to help drivers/operators to save on cost of gas and to minimize pollution.
  • Use of bio-augmentation process for wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Programs on information disseminations of all designs, advantages and disadvantages of wastewater treatment facility Designs and Systems.
  • Support  the Mt. Kanlaon issues on illegal loggings.
  • She joined the group of engineers who specialized in Material Recovery Facility designs and implementations and promoted the budget-customized design to local government units.

Ms. Jensen has undertaken business development plans for businesses in the food industry, service industry and real estate industry.

At present, she acts as the trusted Vice-President for Administration, focusing on the business management aspects of Cynergie Power Systems & Automation Inc.
